This is perfect to wear under a dress or skirt. The waist band is wide and high so it does not squeeze you in half so you look very put together. Also by wearing this under a skirt or dress when you get up after sitting down you don't have to worry about your dress/skirt being grabbed by your cheeks. You can get up and know that you look classy and that your dress/skirt will fall as it should.
